Maintenance, Repair, and User Training of the SETARAM DSC131EVO
Maintenance and repair of the SETARAM DSC131EVO Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) located in our laboratory were successfully carried out by TERRA Analiz ve Ölçüm Cihazları Ticaret A.Ş.
As part of the maintenance and repair activities, the overall operating condition of the instrument was inspected, and the necessary technical checks and maintenance procedures were completed to ensure its reliable and efficient operation. TERRA Analiz ve Ölçüm Cihazları Ticaret A.Ş. provides services including the sales of SETARAM thermal analysis systems, technical support, periodic maintenance, repair, and user training.
Following the completion of the maintenance and repair procedures, hands-on user-level training was provided. The training covered the basic operating principles of the instrument, sample preparation and loading procedures, determination of analysis parameters, initiation of measurements, and basic evaluation of the obtained data.
In addition, practical training was provided on the use of Calisto software, which is used with SETARAM thermal analysis systems. The training included creating experiments, monitoring and recording measurement data, and evaluating analysis results. The Calisto software provides various tools for instrument control, data acquisition, processing, and presentation of thermal analysis results.
The completion of the maintenance, repair, and user training has strengthened the technical infrastructure required for the active and effective use of the SETARAM DSC131EVO, while contributing to the ability of laboratory users to operate the instrument correctly, safely, and efficiently.
